If you are not happy with your purchase, simply contact SUGARx global with a request for a refund in the amount of the purchase price. If their is failure to request for a refund and a charge-back is filed to any investment made, those who fail to request a refund and file a charge-back will be banned for life and will never in this lifetime be allowed to partake in any SUGARx global programs in the future. Additionally, if a refund request is made by the same investor two consecutive times, those who do will also be banned for life and will not be allowed to partake in any future SUGARx global programs in the future.

SUGARx global and sugarxglobal.com Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in any course, workshop, or coaching opportunity. We offer a 30-day refund period for purchases. However, in order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you have taken the program, applied what you've learned, and haven't seen acceptable results. If coaching, there are absolutely no refunds after our first welcome call. Those who invest in coaching programs will be asked at the end of their first welcome call if they wish to proceed in the coaching program. If yes, there will be absolutely no refund requests honored thereafter.

In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 30 days of enrollment, contact our support team at hello@sugarxglobal.com and let us know you’d like a refund by the 30th day at 11:59 EST. You must include your coursework and include the following by the 30th days to be eligible for a refund:

(1) Screenshot of any and all past work of your efforts to the coarse, program, or workshop taken part in.

We will NOT provide refunds more than 30 days following the date of purchase. After day 30, all payments are non-refundable.

Important Note - Any and all workshops where are combined with one on one or group coaching, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS!

All refunds are discretionary as determined by SUGARx global. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after the 30th day from your date of purchase and all payments must be made on a timely basis. SUGARx global also retains the right to remove people from the program or group at his discretion.
